Has dealt with large Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller local firms. Has expertise in all aspects of direct mail as well as running Cascade Direct for the past 16 years. John Vanek - Lead Production Manager,  has over 38 years experience, 12 years with Cascade Direct. He was a partner in a large mail house in California. Tremendous knowledge of equipment capabilities and very well versed on postal requirements. Susan Ledridge - Assistant Production Manager,  has 26 years of experience, 12 years with Cascade Direct. Is well versed on all postal regulations and requirements, schedules jobs and ensures on time delivery of your projects. Pat Blondin - Office Manager,  handles all aspects of Accounting and manages many company programs such as benefits, etc. Pat has been with Cascade Direct for 10 years. Marcie Miller - Senior Account Executive,  with over 12 years of direct mail experience, all with Cascade Direct. She works primarily with non-profit organizations and assists Rose Batter in training new customer service representatives. Galen Gabor -- Sales Manager,  with 15 years of sales experience, 4 with Cascade Direct. He has a number of duties that include estimating, buying stock, and of course outside sales. Louis Wilson - Data Processing Manager,  with 14 years of experience, 11 with Cascade Direct. He and Dave Foster have been providing difficult programming solutions to clients for years. Both are very analytical and solution oriented.
